Please call us at 850-287-8034 during business hours to speak to our dock staff about any questions you may have. Please understand our busiest times helping customers on our dock is from 8a-10:30a, 12n-2p, and 4p-6p each day. If you call and don't get an answer, please leave a message or text that number and someone will contact you as soon as they can.
Reservations more than 12 hours in advance can be done here on our website. If inside of 12 hours, please contact the location directly to get the booking initiated, and you will be sent an email to complete your rental agreement and paperwork online. Same day bookings are available by calling the dock office at 850-287-8034.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our dockside office is closed on any days where weather does not permit use of our boats on the bay, certain employee holidays during the off season, and any days where no reservations are booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to speak to someone, please be patient and allow an appropriate amount of time for someone to contact you if they do not answer during business hours at 850-287-8034.
